First, you should get rid of MacKeeper as soon as you possibly can. Follow the instructions from macjack from another post on this topic:

As, I've replied in this thread a few time in the past 2 years. The answer is simple, just run the free Malwarebytes.

Hopefully, running Malwarebytes will also remove the Zoomdiagnostics as well. MacKeeper is not a good thing to have on your Mac. It interferes with the way the Mac was designed to work resulting in false reports, system corruption, and a multitude of unexpected issues. If you purchased the two together, then they are both probably bad for your Mac and you should get rid of them.

Best of luck,

Hello,

Thank you for pointing this out to me.

I purchased Zoom through FastSpring I emailed them about 10min ago and said I was not happy with the product. Well they where fantastic, Emailed me back with in 5min saying they are going to refund the entire amount ($999.00 AUD). Thank god.

I have downloaded the Malware app and will install it soon.

Kind Regards
