Yes, I do own a Macintosh SE/30 that still runs. I replaced the proprietary battery in it about 10 years ago when it stopped booting. It's still going strong.
I don't remember exactly which OS it's running, it's either 6 or 7. I'll boot it up again later this week and tell you more specific details.
The SE/30 PRAM battery is not proprietary.
Disassembling it may take some work.
