I have a MacBook Pro 15 2016, got only one issue, space key stuck because of dust, I’m wondering if they will just replace the space key or the whole keyboard

They will not replace a key. There are no individual key switches any more.
They will make it work.
That is what they are required to do under warranty, and the only thing that has changed is the coverage period has been extended.
