sensitivity of keyboard on macbook pro

Hi I am recently using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013).

I tend to rest my fingers on the keyboard while reading but i find when I am even slightly touching the arrow keys between scrolling down the keyboard registers this as me pressing.

This has happened when I am viewing documents in preview (meaning i accidentally skip forward a page) or a web browser. I often rest my fingers on the arrow keys between pressing.

Is there any way i can change the sensitivity of the keyboard so it only registers me pressing the key as keyboard input? I tried changing the Key Repeat but this does not help as this is a different problem from that.

I'm finding this quiet frustrating so would love if there is a solution.

Many thanks in advance for your help : )
