Never heard the term before and just curious how it applies to the Apple Store.
Just stopped by the store to add protection plan to two new iPhone 8 Pluses and trade in an old iPhone. Spoke to a genius and was out of the store in five minutes. Then I got this email asking how I enjoyed BtB. Maybe I missed something advertising some new marketing campaige.
