Macbook Pro Running Hot Recently

Basically my 2015 13" Macbook has been running very warm recently. I've uninstalled all software I don't regularily use, and even cleaned the fan to make sure its not clogged. Yet it still idle's at around 50-60 degrees, and jumps to 90-100 at the slightest load. I'm not super familar with Mac's so is there any more info I can/should post here?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

for thermal management

Try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964

1 Choose Apple menu > Shut Down.

2 After your Mac shuts down, press Shift-Control-Option on the left side of the built-in keyboard, then press the power button at the same time. Hold these keys and the power button for 10 seconds.

3 If you have a MacBook Pro with Touch ID, the Touch ID button is also the power button.

4 Release all keys.

5 Press the power button again to turn on your Mac.

Do you have anti-virus software or so-called "cleaning" apps installed? They are high on the list of suspects in cses of hot running when fan issues are elimiated.

There is one fan issue you need to check. Do these temps happen with the computer on a hard desk surface with no object near the back of the computer? Most modern MBPs "breathe" through the hinge area. If this is blocked even partially temps will rise.

CCleaner isn't helping. I'd try getting dumping it.

If you are not sure what else is lurking, you can post a snapshot of your system configuration. Fortunately there is a safe and secure way to do that.

A respected and long-serving member of these communities has created a simple utility that will take that "snapshot" of your configuration without revealing any sensitive information about you and your computer. It only runs when you tell it to, not in the background, and therefore creates no performance penalties. It is Etrecheck, and is available here:

http://etrecheck.com/

Run it and, when its results display, select "Report" from the left-hand pane (scroll down), then click Etrecheck's "Share Report" icon followed by "Copy Report" from the resulting dropdown. Paste the entire report into a response to your own thread here. It will often allow us to quickly identify or eliminate software as the problem.

Start by uninstalling CleanMyMac. It does more harm than good.

Chrome and its minions were using 25% of your available RAM at the time of the test. It could be running up the temps with that load. With 8GB RAM that's not upgradeable and a tiny SSD, I don't think a resource-hogging browser is in your best interest.

For the same reasons as for Chrome (small SSD and not much RAM), I recommend that you restart the computer once a day:

System Software:

macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65)

Time since boot: About 3 days

System Load: 1.78 (1 min ago) 1.98 (5 min ago) 2.13 (15 min ago)

Restarting clears a lot of unused files and tidies up the parlor.

You have used up 76 percent of your SSD's capacity. I don't know how much is due to all the third-party stuff you've installed, but see what you can off-load. Anything that affects the system should b e assigned a high target priority for eviction.
