I added a $25 iTunes and it said $25 has been added to your balance then under it said your balance is $19.78 why is that

I just want the money I put in to be $25 that’s bull **** like is apple adding some kind of payment to add money through gift cards User uploaded file

If there doesn't appear to be any outstanding orders that were paid for using the gift card balance, try signing out of Settings > iTunes & App Store. Sign back in with your Apple ID, then check if the balance is corrected.
