I received an incoming FT and accepted it. It took too long to connnect so I hung up. Now it’s stuck saying disconnecting, my clock shows green like I’m still on it, it won’t let me swipe up and close,
no red minus sign and when I go to hard reset that screen pops up and I can’t
. This screen pops back up. It’s never been dropped or in water and phone is 2 months old. Help!

Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I'm having the same issue right now. I can't close the app, I can't restart, I can't reset, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling... nothing is working.
Restart the phone.
