What is cost to replace BOTH front and rear glass on iPhone 8+?

I am trying to decide whether to get AppleCare + for my iPhone 8+. I would like to know what the repair cost would be if BOTH the front and rear glass is broken. I have looked at the apple pricing document that says 8+ front glass replacement is $169 and rear glass replacement ("other") is $399, but what I would like to know is that, if both break, is my total cost $399 (meaning that "other repairs" covers both front and rear glass) or would my cost be $399 for rear plus $169 for front?

I've seen this question asked several times, but responses only point to the pricing document (iPhone Service Pricing - Apple Support) which is not clear about whether both front and rear glass is covered under "other".
