Will moving Photos library to external hard drive remove photos from iCloud?

I'd like to move my Photos library to an external hard drive to free up space on my MacBook Air. However, as I have the iCloud Photo Library option enabled, will moving the Photos library to an external hard drive also remove them from my iCloud?

No. I keep stored my Photos library on an external drive with iCloud Photo Library activated without problems.
