iPad mini 4 (220V) & iPad Pro (110V) charger interchangeable?

Hi guys,

I own a iPad mini 4 which I purchased from Korea (220v) and a iPad Pro which I purchased from Japan (110v). The charger for mini is 10w and the charger for the pro is 15w.

So my question is, can I change the part of the adapter (the plugging part) of the iPad mini with the iPad Pro? I currently am staying at Korea and I want to charge my Pro with its charger but I don’t want to mess up anything.
