when someone call me , incoming sound getting lower & lower gradually

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention and turn off "Attention Aware Features" (the bottom option), which causes the ringing and alarm sound volumes to decrease when you pick up the phone and it recognizes you. Your iPhone is working as it should if "Attention Aware Features" was turned on! Hope this helps you! Regards, Ian.
