Hello
When using Facebook with Safari on my MBA I can only see a single post. There is a 'button' to display more, but it is unclickable. I have no problems using Safari on iPhone or iPad, nor using Firefox on my MBA.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I'd guess this is a Facebook problem, but I've had no luck asking there.
MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
Turn off AdBlock extension and test Facebook again.
Thank you Tim Maffia, you've solved it - when I paused AdBlock it made no difference, but when I used extensions to turn it off everything worked normally.
Ah well, I think I prefer not using Facebook to losing AdBlock, so I'll take a break until they fix it. Thanks once again.
I had the same trouble for the last ten days and the issue is on Facebooks end. It doesn't like AdBlock.
Turning it off is working just fine for me.
Good thinking, but unfortunately it's something I've already done.

I'm on Sierra and Safari 11.1.2 and had this problem on my personal machine but not my work machine. My work machine has no ad blockers. Happened to see a note from AdBlock saying they have an issue with 11.1.2 that they are working on. When I turned it off in Extensions, Facebook started to function correctly.
