I'm using iPhone 6s plus with iOS 11.4.1 version. I have some photos to download to my PC. With this new iOS update I am unable to do it. So can anyone suggest how to get download those images to my PC.

See About iCloud Photo Library and My Photo Stream - Apple Support. Photos taken with one device won't show up in the camera roll of another, but it may be possible to get access to them via iCloud.

Yes I can see, Let me explain in detail.
Following image is taken from my iPhone(6S Plus) camera, I can view it on my iPhone. ( I had to take a screen shot to using my iPhone to attach here), but after connect to PC I cant find the image.
It should come under 104APPLE folder, but it's not showing. Other images like Bluetooth images , I can see after open that 104APPLE folder.
Note : I Bluetoothed some photos taken using a camera of iPhone 7 Plus and I could see all images
under 104APPLE folder
I don't know why I can't see photos took using my iPhone(6S Plus).

As the link mentioned I logged to the iCloud, but my iCloud was full, so I clear every images in iCloud. Now my issue is I have 735 images and after synchronize with iCloud only 260 images are coming to iCloud, Do you know why???

Thnx for the reply, I need to take the pictures took from camera, but I cant see camera pictures after I connect to the PC. I could download earlier. This happened after iOS update.

I can see the device and I can see saved photos to photos, only thing is I can't see recently taken images using camera.
Don't you see something like this, where your photos are scattered among the folders inside DCIM?

If you unlock your device before connecting your computer doesn't it show up in Windows Explorer allowing access to the DCIM folder like a digital camera? If you cannot get access that way perhaps you could Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support and get access to the Photo Stream using it.

Are you using Photo Steam or iCloud Photo Library? If you use the second option, and delete images in the cloud, then they get deleted everywhere. You should make sure to copy off your data to a secondary location at the earliest opportunity, and before deleting anything from the cloud. Without knowing exactly what you've done at each stage I cannot really guess why things are as they are.
See iCloud: Use iCloud Drive on iCloud.com in case you have deleted content in iCloud that can be restored.

Using HEIF or HEVC media on Apple devices - Apple Support, since I have iphone 6s plus i cant change the format also. Do you know how to solve this issue.
That shouldn't limit your ability to copy the files off the device to your computer. Are you not able to see the device in File Explorer when it is connected to your PC?
