Account privileges glitch while migration

hey, I recently migrated to new Mac usin g an inbuilt assistan. I had an admin priviliges in my old Mac, but in new mac the standard account was create. Guest account was deactivated, so I’m able neither creat new account nor escalate my privilege.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
