Can I transfer money from iTunes account to Apple Pay cash?

You want to transfer it out of the iTunes account into Apple Pay. That turns it into flexible cash. Funds in an iTunes Store account can only be used to buy things from the iTunes Store which to me would be a lot less attractive.

Yeah, that always kind of puzzled me because they aren't really useful unless you plan on re-selling the cards as-is at a discount at one of the card-resell places online, or the scammers are big into purchasing on the iTunes Store. 😕

I strongly suspect not. What a wonderful way that would be for thieves to launder all those stolen iTunes cards!
