How do I delete left over iTunes credits
i have left over iTunes credits and it’s not enough to purchase anything so I would like to delete them but I do not know how

Try contacting iTunes Support and ask them to remove it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
And it's not a good idea to post images that contain your email address, these are user public forums
