clock on apple watch time changing

My new watch is jumping 5hrs ahead on the clock. If I turn it off and back on, ok for a few minutes then back to jumping 5 hrs ahead?

I unpaired it with iPhones and repaired it. So far,,,,we’re good. Thank y
