My Laptop is also involved now . It tells me the hard drive is missing. WTH....

Do you have a clean backup of your machine. One that you are sure hasn't been messed with?

I recommend option + command + r

command + r

to boot from your recovery partition.

if command + r does work then either your partition tables have become corrupt, your recovery partition has become corrupt, or you drive has problems.

option + command + r
This load a the latest copy of macOS off of Apple's servers.

power off the machine. wait one minute or so. hold the option key down. power on. hold down until you see some thing on the screen. Do you see anything?

Google has a support that you can write them and I would google the exact words in order to find correct link. Make sure it’s a verified website because I had this done to me on Facebook. I googled FB support and the first thing that came up was a number. When I called the guy had me go and buy a iTunes card and put $50.00 on it to get into my FB account. He was not consistent & was faking his accent, I had been so distraught I was not thinking logically. He had me download TeamViewer and when I did he somehow unlocked my Facebook but told me I would have to go buy 2 more, one for my other SAMSUNG phone and the others for my PC . Oh did I feel like an idiot!! I thought really quick and remembered that ATT had problem solving 24-7, it does cost like $15- I believe for a month and so I signed up and told them what happened and they took teem viewer off and fixed some things. It’s an older pc and I appreciated ATT for having that service, however I told them I hardly ever used that p.c: and didn’t want to continue with the service So that was a bit of a hassle to unsubscribe me from that but I did!

Now I’m having a problem with it starting up . You have to hit F12 (I believe it is ) but it’s actually been awhile since I turned it on.

On your recovery accounts I would make a yahoo email and you have to use your thumb to unlock yahoo mail!

I had what you are talking about done to me and they actually took over an email account of mine. I didn’t use it though so I deleted another account and used yahoo instead. I hope I’ve been of some help!

God bless you!

I have called google atleast 50 times over this.

They say they cant help me!!!! I am furious. I have a computer geek coming by in the afternoons helping me and watching the activity.

He doesnt want me to post what weve found so far... Until we identify the 2nd person.

It appears the one hacking me is either new at this or just Dumb as a Box of Rocks because when you figure out where to look....He left his footprints everywhere. We have found hidden messages in platform apps between him and someone whos giving him the codes to control my devices.

I will keep in touch with this and let ya'll know everything I find.

You may want to get the police involved.

You may want to get an external harddrive and use Carbon Copy Cloner to make a copy of your drive or install a recovery version of your software on this drive. If you wish to make a case of this. You should remove the internal drive and replace it with a new one. This way you will have evidence of the issue. Actually, if you want to make an issue of it, you should contract the police and see what they advise.
