Sorry, not clear on your question. You signed into this forum using an Apple ID. And not sure why you wouldn't be able to use the same one as last year? Can you clarify?
You can use this link to set up a new one, but be aware that setting up a totally new ID will mean that you no longer have access to the purchases or iCloud data of the old one:
