How can I tell if I have more than one Apple ID?

I seemed to have screwed up my Apple ID account. How can I tell if I have more than one account?

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

There isn't an easy way to determine that. Try checking your Purchases History. If all items you have installed don't show there, you probably have another ID.
