Itunes money gone

I had $30 of new itunes cards put into my account and i got apple music but then it glitched and now i have $0.00?? I'm confused on why its all gone at once

If you've logged out and back into the account and checked the account's purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) and can't see where it went : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
