Boot Camp fails during install

On a brand new 2018 MacBook Pro, barely had it a day, I run boot camp assistant and go through the installer, then during the "Partitioning disk" step, it errors saying that I need to use Disk Utility to fix it. Using Disk Utility does not help at all. I have to first partition the drive back to one partition again since the BCA leaves it half partitioned, then once I get the drive to be one partition again, I run first aid and it says everything is good, try again and I get the exact error. Opening up Console and seeing the error occur, I see these entries:

User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

I have highlighted the entry that seems to be the culprit, but I am not familiar with xartutil, or how to begin fixing this problem.
