My i7 is apple logo stuck ..please help me

Do a force restart:
Hold down the power button and the volume-down button on the phone
> keep holding - the screen will go dark
> keep holding - the Apple appears
> let go - when the Apple appears, let go of the buttons (seriously, let go)
The phone should restart normally.
