Can the Wingdings font be embedded in an epub?

Hi everyone, I have been creating a series of interactive ebooks using the Wingdings font for a research project. I am, however, uncertain as to whether Wingding's licensing allows for this. I can't seem to find any information about this online. I am working a MacBook pro and the font came with the macOS High Sierra operating system.
