What are best charging practices for an iPhone SE to make the battery lifespan last longer? More frequent shorter charges or fewer longer charges? Charging before the battery discharges to a certain point or letting the battery discharge to a low battery state before charging? Thanks!
It doesn't matter. Charge whenever you want or whenever it is convenient. You cannot over charge your iPhone and it does not affect battery cycles.

You're welcome. I charge my SE each evening while I sleep, so I have a full charge for the next day whether it needs it or not.
