Apple Watch SS Series 3 Haptic Engine Loose

I have come to realize that this is a common problem with the apple watches. My Apple Watch continuously makes this rattling noise when it vibrates. I have read multiple forums looking for a quick fix but have found that none of them truly work for me. So I decided to send in my apple watch to an apple repair center. Once it got there, they told me that the problem could not be duplicated. I am upset by this because the SS edition came with a hefty price tag. I never dropped or hit my Apple Watch against a wall or surface, I took perfect care of it. They returned my Apple Watch and it is still making that rattling noise. I don't know what to do with the watch now as I am very displeased with the loud rattling noise. I was hoping that apple would send me a replacement watch or at the very least be able to repair my watch. Anyone have any idea of what to do or have ever been in this situation before?
