Click on Settings on your iPhone. You should see your name at the top of the settings app - this is your Apple ID and iCloud configuration. Select it. Click on the iCloud selection about midway down the screen. Now you'll see a section labeled Apps using iCloud. Safari should be checked. If it is and you aren't able to access your passwords, it might mean that you didn't have that checked on your previous phone. If that is the case you'll have to reset passwords on your old accounts. Ugh.
I recently changed phones because I broke the screen of my other phone and after signing in on my iCloud account on my new device I can’t see my passwords I would use for websites on safari... having so much trouble logging into my accounts
