How to cancel Genius Bar appointment

I had the same problem, the thing is there is a link in the email that says manage reservations, but thats only available to you when you book your reservation by yourself online. When I had a person at the apple store do it for me through his ipad, the confirmation link had litterally no way of canceling, forcing me to no call no show pretty much, but oh well. If you do it by yourself the email is from "apple support" but when the apple associate does it its from "apple", and the emails are slightly different..

You can call the individual store, or you can use the link in the email confirmation that you received to cancel the appointment.

The link to cancel doesn’t work. I have tried numerous times, wasting a good hour, to no avail.

Also the the "need to reschedule link" is not really helpful at all either"

Then call the individual store, or call Apple Support for assistance. It cannot be cancelled here, or by anyone that responds here.
