I bought a iPhone 7plus, said to be unlocked and that any carrier would work, it reads the SIM card it fits perfectly, come out in About the phone, but I still get no service.

How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

If you get no help AND if you're sure that your iP7+ is unlocked, it could be a hardware failure, but we cant diagnose that kind of issue remotely.

Have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
