My watch face popped loose, still works. Can they just reseat it?
My watch face popped out of the watch frame. It’s still attached and works fine, can this just be reseated into the watch frame?
You would have to bring or arrange to mail the device to Apple for service. Do not continue using the watch, as it could cause additional damage. Contact Apple Support, using the link at the top of the page here, and you can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store, or you can arrange for mail-in service.
