Can't update iOS 10.3.3

Have you tried restarting the iPad and then try to install the software?

You can't install that version of iOS as it is no longer being signed. You'll need to delete that update file and download the current version (iOS 11.4.1).

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage
2. Under Storage, select Manage Storage.
3. Locate the iOS software download in the list and tap on it.
4. Select Delete Update, and confirm you do want to delete it.

What iPad model do you own?

Duh, of course. My first Medicare Card came in the mail last week so I am playing the senior moment card. 😁
