Too many redirects in Safari and Chrome with one website

I get this error with the Citibank with Chrome and Safari. I've cleared my cache and browsers, shut off the computer, and done a virus scan. I've disabled adblock, changed my Safari settings. Nothing. I still get the same error. This just started happening last week. Please help.
