front camera does not work

Hi;

Can anyone help?

My front camera on my iPad Pro shows only a black screen, regular (back) camera is great.

I have :

1) Checked Privacy settings and app settings for camera use.

2) Checked current software release

3) powered off and on

4) soft reset (sleep and home button for 30 secs)

Nothing has worked yet. Helllpppppp !!!
