Cannot remove a suspicious looking cookie!

MacOS Sierra - version 10.12.6 Macbook .

I cannot delete a very suspicious looking cookie called " lakwatsero.com" from my Website stored data. All other unwanted cookies have been removed successfully except this one which I (suspect) may be a type of malware ..

Any advice on how to delete this specific cookie please?
