Want to pair Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC headphones, wirelessly with iMac Sierra?

Hi,

Is it even POSSIBLE to pair my headphones, currently used with Smart TV, to my iMac running Sierra 10.12.6. I believe that nfc is required in order to do so and can't find out if it can be done. Downloaded the NFC app from iStore, only to find that it cannot open as there are no 'readers'? found. Am STUCK! Any assistance available>? Thanks!

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)

no they are not NFC they are bluetooth

read the manual on how you put them into pairing / discovery mode and make sure they at the time do not have a active connection to the tv and pair macOS Sierra: Use a Bluetooth headset with your Mac

Hi there. Thanx for your response! In the meantime, I found that there was, on line, a far more comprehensive user manual than the one that came with the headphones. I have successfully paired the headphones with my computer. Thanks also, for the link which I have saved for any future forgetfulness-the ONE thing that I am VERY good at. Old age-not for cowards! Thanks again! Regards!
