This seems political on the part of our beloved Apple for removing the Drudge Report app. Drudge is a conservative!!! I wish big corporations would just stay out of politics. I read the Drudge Report everyday Apple can’t stop that I just google it!!
Probably because Apple didn't delete the app. So they have nothing to explain. Now I realize that Matt Drudge is such a shy, reticent kind of guy who wouldn't think of stirring up trouble, so if Apple had removed his app from the app store it would never occur to him to complain about it to his audience. Oh, wait...
The fact is that Drudge hasn't said a word about it in the 8 months since it has been gone. I can only think of two logical possibilities:
- Drudge removed it.
- Apple caught the app stealing user data.
Even when asked directly, Drudge has ignored the question. So I would lean towards the 2nd possibility. However, for the first possibility, last June drudgereport.com was completely redesigned to make it "responsive" - that is, have it dynamically adapt to the type of device it is displayed on. It's really rather attractive now, whether viewed on a computer, a smartphone or a tablet. And each view is different and optimized for the device it is viewed on. So it's likely that PTB at Drudge decided they didn't need a separate app that they would have to continue paying for and supporting.
What you can do to access the Drudge Report is to go to https://drudgereport.com in the Safari (or other) browser on your phone. And if you use Safari you can even save the link as a "favorite" with its own icon on your Home screen, just as if it was an app.

Curiously you only direct this post at myself when you could have directed it to at least one other person also. Hmmm. Now I wonder why that could be.
It could be because the forum software only allows a reply to be addressed to one person. Or, it could be because Jimmy only thinks it applies to that one person.

Where do I get the Dridge Report app?
Why is the Drudge Report missing from apple?
Tell me why Drudge Report App is missing?
Tell me why Drudge Report App is missing?
This is a user-to-user technical support forum. No one here could tell you why the Drudge Report app is not longer available in the app store.
Ah, someone else who jumped in with both feet based on zero facts, no research, and didn’t even bother to read the thread before posting. Android deserves you.
Apple is lying. Drudge was dropped by apple. They censured me when I objected. They are the bad guy here. Not drudge.
Their Time is limited. The dont really control content. That is king. They can control apps but with their censorship will make them obsolete. Google is the real enemy of free speech.
Apple is dying ...slowly. like blackberry
Why hasn't Drudge complained, if Apple dropped it? Matt Drudge is no shrinking violet.
Oh yes, I'm sure they had their reasons for removing an app for one of the most highly trafficked news sites in the world. I think you meant VALID reasons and that's where I disagree.
Another intelligent retort by a Snowflake!
What happened to the Drudge Report App?
