Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple ID is disabled

i can’t update my apps or get any new apps. I get the message “your Apple ID is disabled “. How do I fix it? I changed my password, but that didn’t help.

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
