Beats X Headphones stopped working

Headphone stopped working suddenly. They will charge and are shown at full battery but when I use them they will shut off within a few seconds and won’t power back on. I’ve reset them and updated the firmware. Still no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Your Beats X headphones should come with a one year limited warranty if you purchased them directly from Apple. As such you can then have Apple service the headphones by taking them to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

To obtain warranty service, contact Apple using the information described at www.apple.com/support/country. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
