Billing issue?

So I have screenshots of when I’ve been adding a MasterCard to my apple id account but apparently that won’t work? Also, I’ve used someone else’s card (with permission) but itunes says to come here. How the heck is this gonna help me when there’s nothing happening. I have over 40 apps to update and because I cannot put my credit card details into my ID. I’m quite aggrivated due to the fact thhas been over a month since this has happened. So don’t tell me to try again I’ve tried multiple times and apprently my card is invalid even though ive only had it for a few months. So it’s not expired.
