Instagram app missing from Notifications

So I can't turn on notifications for Instagram. Note, I have tried every combination of restarting the device, deleting app, restoring app.

iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1

Thanks for your reply. I just solved the issue by deleting the app again and this time I was asked if I wanted to enable notifications (for some reason it didn't happen before). Now the app appears in Settings > Notifications. Problem solved!

What happens when you try to? Could you post a screenshot of the error/behavior that you get?

That should have read "I just solved the issue by deleting the app again AND DOWNLOADING AGAIN FROM THE APP STORE and this time ..."
