Apps and Books in Apple Business Manager does not work on Chrome. How do I purchase apps/books?

I am using Apple Business Manager in the Chrome browser. When I click on "Apps and Books" I get an error.

When will this be fixed? How else can I purchase Apps and Books?

I'm running Chrome on a Macbook Pro - Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I am trying to deploy apps on a bunch of iPads we use with students in our Makerspace. We have an Apple business account (not education).
