Why can't I download a new app directly to a folder

I try to keep my apps on my iPhone organized in folders. i.e. Instagram, Twitter, photos collage makers, skype, linkedIn, zz, they're all in one folder. Folder name "Social". If I want to add a new app to that folder, is there a way to download it from the app store directly to that folder? If not, why not?

IAfter downloading a new app, I have to swipe over four or five screens to get to the latest download, holdit till it wiggles, then drag it back to the left to the proper window and find the folder. How lame is that?
