Itunes Playlist from a simple text file?

I do a lot of wedding discos and birthday parties. Most discos I do I get sent an email with a list of songs that the client would like played. I then create a playlist manually searching each song and adding it to that playlist.

This is very time consuming and can be very hard to find time to do.

Is there any way of saving that list and importing it to itunes?

Itunes would scan my computer for all the songs in that playlist and add them automatically to my playlists?

ive tried saving file as a pdf and converting it to import it.

I want to eliminate having to create the playlist and have itunes do it for me.

Mikey,

iTunes has an Import Playlist function, found at File > Library > Import Playlist. However, it is designed for XML input, not plain text, and it assumes that the titles, etc, are spelled exactly as they exist in your library. I doubt it will help in your scenario.
