How can I get my money back for purchase a app for mistake?

my baby boy buy a game app for a mistake and they charged me 17.99 on my credit card, is there a way I can get my money back?

Clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
