OS Sierra without helper tool

i have 400 employee that need to update OS to Sierra, i need the installer without the need to type admin username and pass for installerassistant helper tool.

anyone can help ?

The installer skips the Installer Destination, and defaults to the drive currently running the OS. How can I install Sierra on another drive?
