i am changing my apple id password and my app’e id is still locked

I tried to download apps and it says that my Apple ID is disabled, I changed the password and it’s still disabled. What should I do?

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID [email address] or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID.
