Calendar dissapeared

On Sunday i found out that my Yahoo calendar, where I auto-save any appointments, was deleted from my iPhone. I don't remember deleting it, but suddenly it was gone.

I have tried to put the calendar off then on to icloud top hope it would appear again, but it didn't help.

I don't have a older version than Sunday i can recover from iCloud. Have any experienced this before?

Any other suggestions? I don't use Yahoo mail on the computer, only use it to save on my iPhone.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.4.1

Hello lisacaho,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble with your calendar. I’m happy to help. If you were syncing your appointments to Yahoo, and the account is no longer on your iPhone, you should be able to sign in to restore your calendar. You can do so by tapping Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account. Once you sign back into the email address, you’ll want to make sure “Calendars” is enabled.

Your calendar events should load in automatically after that. Should you want to continue to sync your events with your Yahoo calendar, you’ll also want to make sure it’s set to be your default calendar. You can do so by tapping Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have checked and the account is already there and calendar is enabled.

The problem is that the account is on the calendar but all the appointments are gone from the calendar.
