activation lock

yesterday you asked me to contact the relative who sent me the iphone 4s i was asking to activate for apple id and password. i just did that i was sent the iD;.........@yahoo.ca. the issue now is the password there is a little confusion. she sent me some digits ending with12A.;******KJ12A. IS That supposed to be the password or is it another type up password ?

Activation lock Hi, my friend has an iphone 7 which is unfortunately reset by her small daughter . But when she try to set it up again it is asking for an activation password. Problem is that the number which was used as an ID is no longer is with her and she even did not remember it at all. She has the invoice and the box with her but apple support is not satisfied with these. Please help??

Only she would know that. Ask the relative to complete the 2nd part of this article. Then you won't need their ID/password.
