How do I get my iTunes verification code if the only option it gives me its to my old phone number?

Hey I’m trying to use the App Store but it doesn’t give the option of choosing to where I can get the verification code my iTunes and iCloud are updated to my new number so I don’t get it. It’s only sending it to my old number, what should I do?
